Adspenta

Pricing

Per agency, per month. Priced on connected accounts, not on spend.

Two packages and an enterprise option, in euro. You pay for the client ad accounts you connect, so the bill does not move when a client's budget does. Everything that keeps the system safe is in every package: guardrails, the take-back window, the halt button and the ledger.

Founding agency

The first five agencies get 50% off for six months, in exchange for a monthly feedback call. That is the whole offer, and it ends at five.

Annual billing

Pay for a year and two months are free, refundable pro rata within 14 days of the first payment. Monthly stays monthly, with no notice period and no minimum term.

Prices exclude VAT

All figures are net. VAT is added where it applies, at the rate for your country. Cancellation and refund terms are in the terms.

The units

What a connected account is, and what an AI question is.

Two numbers on the plans are metered. Everything else is not.

One ad account, on one platform

A client who runs Meta only is one connected account. A client who runs both Meta and Google is two, because two accounts are read, two sets of detectors run, and there are two places a change can be written.

  • Counted on the accounts that are connected, never on your ad spend.
  • An account in dry run counts the same as a live one. It is being read either way.
  • Disconnect an account and it stops counting from the next billing period.
  • Client viewer logins are not charged per seat, on any plan.

One message, or one client update

An AI question is one message to the assistant, or one generated client update. That is the only thing the language model is counted for.

  • Reads, findings, proposals, approvals and executions are unlimited on every plan.
  • Ledger retention is unlimited, and so is how far back you can read it.
  • Team members who can approve are limited by seats, not by usage.
  • Run out of questions and the assistant pauses. The daily loop keeps running.

No plan removes the approval gate. There is no tier on which Adspenta acts on its own.

Questions

The things agencies ask before the call.

Which platforms can it write to today?

Meta. Live writes reach Meta ad accounts once you switch the platform to live and switch that individual account to live writes.

Google is connected read only today. Google accounts are read, detected on and proposed against exactly like Meta accounts, and an approved Google change is computed and logged rather than sent. The day the write path is released it will be in the changelog, not before.

Can we start in dry run?

You start in dry run. It is not optional and there is no way to skip it. Every new platform connection begins in dry-run mode and every new account begins with live writes off.

In dry run the whole loop runs: accounts are read, detectors fire, proposals appear, and you approve or decline them. The only difference is that nothing is sent to the platform. Run a week that way, judge the proposals against what you would have done, then flip one account to live. The five steps are set out on how it works.

What happens if we go over the account limit?

We tell you and you move up a package, or you disconnect an account. Nothing stops working without warning and nothing is charged as an overage you did not agree to.

If you sit just above a limit, say so and we will price it. Fifty-two accounts is not an enterprise conversation.

How do we cancel?

Monthly, by writing to us or in the app. There is no notice period and no minimum term on monthly billing. Annual billing runs to the end of the year you paid for.

On cancellation the accounts disconnect, which revokes our access token with Meta or Google. Nothing further is read from that moment.

What is the refund policy?

Monthly plans. Cancel whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the service runs until that date. Part-months are not refunded: cancelling on day three gives you the rest of the month rather than money back.

Annual plans. Refundable pro rata within 14 days of the first payment on the plan. Tell us inside those 14 days and we return the fee for the whole unused part of the year. After day 14 an annual plan runs to the end of the term you paid for; you can still cancel it so that it does not renew.

Founding agency. 50% off the list price for six months, in exchange for one feedback call a month, limited to the first five agencies. The discount is on the plan fee only, it does not change any limit, and if the calls stop we may end the discount for the months still to come rather than bill you for the ones already discounted. After six months the plan renews at the list price then published, and we tell you first.

All prices exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice at the rate for your country. The binding wording is in Billing, cancellation and refunds in the terms. Some of it carries a bracket, because the operating entity is not registered yet and we would rather show the gap.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export what you have, and you can ask for full deletion. Ad-account data, proposals and reports are deleted within 30 days of the request. What is retained is the anonymised audit ledger and access log, with your data stripped out of it, because an append-only record of what the system did is what makes it trustworthy.

The full instructions, including how to disconnect a platform yourself, are on the data deletion page.

Who can approve a change?

People on your team, in your tenant, with an operator role. Approval records the person and the second, and that record is required before anything can execute.

Client viewer logins are read-only: a client can see the findings, the proposals, the changes and the reports for their own account, and cannot approve anything. Adspenta staff cannot approve on your behalf, because there is no route in the operator console to do it.

Tell us the portfolio, get a start date.

How many accounts, which platforms. That is enough to put a number and a date in the reply.
